NRS 633.317 Effect of bribery, fraud or misrepresentation or false, misleading, inaccurate or incomplete statement relating to obtaining, maintaining or renewing license. Obtaining, maintaining or renewing or attempting to obtain, maintain or renew a license to practice osteopathic medicine by bribery, fraud or misrepresentation or by any false, misleading, inaccurate or incomplete statement constitutes grounds for the Board to initiate disciplinary action against a licensee pursuant to NRS 633.511 and to deny licensure to an applicant.
