NRS 632.2387 Advanced practice registered nurse: Duty to ask certain questions during routine physical examination of certain minor patients. Each time an advanced practice registered nurse performs a routine physical examination of a person who is at least 12 years of age but not more than 18 years of age, the advanced practice registered nurse shall ask the person the questions prescribed in the Medical History Form and the Physical Examination Form of the Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Form developed jointly by the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine, or any successor form.
