NRS 616A.120 “Employee”: Participants in programs of job training administered by Division of Social Services of Department of Human Services. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 616A.125 , any person who participates in a program of job training administered by the Division of Social Services of the Department of Human Services shall be deemed for the purposes of chapters 616A to 616D , inclusive, of NRS to be an employee of the Division of Social Services at the wage of $150 per month and is entitled to the benefits of those chapters.
