NRS 604D.110 “Licensee” defined. [Effective through December 31, 2029.] “Licensee” means a person who has been issued one or more licenses to engage in the business of:
1. An employer-integrated earned wage access provider; or
2. A direct-to-consumer earned wage access service provider.
