NRS 6.100 Discharge of excess trial jurors. When at any time there shall be a larger number of trial jurors in attendance upon any court than are required for the business of the court, or for the time being, the court may discharge or excuse, temporarily, a sufficient number of those who have served longest to reduce the panel to the number required.
