NRS 598C.180 Commissioner of Consumer Affairs to administer chapter; duties of Attorney General.
1. The provisions of this chapter must be administered by the Commissioner of Consumer Affairs.
2. The Attorney General shall provide opinions for the Commissioner on all questions of law relating to the construction, interpretation or administration of this chapter.
3. The Attorney General shall represent the Consumer Affairs Unit of the Department of Business and Industry in any action or proceeding brought by or against the Commissioner pursuant to any of the provisions of this chapter.
