NRS 598.98218 Assignee of agreement subject to claims and defenses against distributed generation system financier. The assignee of an agreement for the provision of a distributed generation system loan, an agreement for the lease of a distributed generation system or a power purchase agreement is subject to all claims and defenses of the borrower, lessee or host customer against the distributed generation system financier who provided the loan or entered into the lease agreement or power purchase agreement, except that the liability of the assignee pursuant to this section must not exceed the amount owed to the assignee at the time the claim or defense is asserted against the assignee.
