NRS 598.982148 Power purchase agreement voidable by host customer if solar installation company is not properly licensed or acting within monetary limit of license. If a host customer enters into a power purchase agreement and, at the time the agreement is signed, the solar installation company that is a party to the agreement is not properly licensed pursuant to chapter 624 of NRS or acting within the monetary limit of the license, the power purchase agreement is voidable by the host customer for 3 years after the date on which the power purchase agreement is signed.
