NRS 598.98086 Authority of State Contractors’ Board to adopt regulations requiring background checks of employees of solar installation companies. The State Contractors’ Board may adopt regulations that:
1. Require any employee of a solar installation company to submit to a background check; and
2. Set forth requirements for such background checks.
