NRS 598.39725 “Governmental charges” defined. “Governmental charges” means any taxes, fees or charges that the Federal Government or this State, or any agency or political subdivision thereof, or a tribal government imposes on or requires to be collected in connection with the sale of a ticket or a transaction involving the sale of a ticket.
