NRS 562.040 Persons deemed owners; joint and several liability. In any action or proceeding, civil or criminal, arising under this chapter, all persons having an interest in sheep and controlling the same, concerning which such action or proceeding is had, shall be deemed the owners of such sheep, and shall be liable severally and jointly for a violation of this chapter.
