NRS 554.080 Criminal proceedings: Proof of disease or exposure to disease. In any criminal proceeding arising under NRS 554.020 to 554.080 , inclusive, proof that any commodity, prohibited by proclamation of quarantine from importation into or transportation through this State, was imported into or transported through this State in violation of such quarantine shall be deemed proof within the meaning of NRS 554.020 to 554.080 , inclusive, that the same was diseased, exposed to disease or infested, or exposed to infestation.
