NRS 548.110 Legislative declaration: Need for conservation. It is hereby declared to be the policy of the Legislature to recognize the ever-increasing demands on the renewable natural resources of the State and the need to conserve, protect and develop such resources at such levels of quality as will meet the needs of the people of the State.
