NRS 544.050 Agreements between counties and State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources; term of agreements. Counties in cooperating with the Director in conducting any weather modification program in fulfillment of the purposes of NRS 544.010 to 544.060 , inclusive, are authorized to enter into 5-year agreements with the Director.
