NRS 502.102 Authority for Commission to establish program for transfer of tag to hunt big game mammals to person who is under 18 years of age. The Commission may adopt regulations establishing a program which authorizes a person to transfer his or her tag to hunt a big game mammal to any person who is under 18 years of age.
