NRS 490.370 Duty to affix legible sign containing name of business; exceptions.
1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, at each established place of business, the off-highway vehicle dealer, long-term or short-term lessor or manufacturer shall permanently affix a sign containing the name of the business in lettering of sufficient size to be clearly legible from the center of the nearest street or roadway, except that the lettering must be at least 8 inches high and formed by lines that are at least 1 inch wide.
2. Upon approval of the Director, and in accordance with all other city and county ordinances, an off-highway vehicle dealer or a long-term or short-term lessor may be exempted from the requirements of subsection 1 if:
(a)The established place of business or branch location is located within the confines of another business;
(b)The other place of business is the primary business at that location; and
(c)The primary business is not licensed pursuant to any provision of this chapter.
