NRS 482C.275 Chapter imposes no liability inconsistent with federal law governing vicarious liability of vehicle owners who rent or lease vehicles. The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to impose liability which is inconsistent with the provisions of 49 U.S.C. § 30106.
