NRS 482B.035 “Premises to which the public has access” defined. “Premises to which the public has access” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 484A.185 , except the term does not include property located upon a public or privately owned airport or any property owned, leased, controlled or managed by a public or privately owned airport.
