NRS 455B.300 Effect of provisions governing skateboard parks on local ordinances. The provisions of NRS 455B.200 to 455B.300 , inclusive, do not prohibit a county, city or town from adopting ordinances that regulate skateboard parks which are consistent with the provisions of NRS 455B.200 to 455B.280 , inclusive.
