NRS 455B.100 Effect of provisions governing amusement parks on local ordinances. The provisions of NRS 455B.010 to 455B.100 , inclusive, do not prohibit a county, city or unincorporated town from adopting ordinances that regulate amusement parks which are consistent with the provisions of NRS 455B.010 to 455B.100 , inclusive.
