NRS 447.190 Enforcement of general regulations by health authority; records. The health authority is charged with the enforcement of this chapter. The health authority shall keep a record of hotels inspected, and the record or any part thereof may, in the discretion of the health authority, be included in the biennial report to the Director of the Department of Human Services.
