NRS 445A.945 Injunctions.
1. The Division or the district board of health, if designated pursuant to NRS 445A.853 , may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin the continuance or occurrence of any act or practice which violates the provisions of NRS 445A.800 to 445A.955 , inclusive, or of any regulation adopted or order issued pursuant thereto.
2. On a showing by the Division or the district board of health that such a violation has occurred or will occur, the court may issue, without bond, such prohibitory or mandatory injunction as the facts may warrant.
