NRS 445A.135 Regulations of Commission. The Commission shall adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of NRS 445A.060 to 445A.160 , inclusive. The regulations adopted by the Commission must, without limitation, set forth the entities that are eligible to receive assistance in accordance with 33 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq.
