NRS 444A.070 Report to Legislature on status of programs for recycling and reuse of materials and amount of recycled material reported by state agencies. The Director of the Department shall deliver to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau a biennial report on or before January 31 of each odd-numbered year for submission to the Legislature on the status of current and proposed programs for recycling and reuse of materials, the amount of recycled material that is reported by state agencies pursuant to subsection 6 of NRS 232.007 and on any other matter relating to recycling and reuse which he or she deems appropriate.
