NRS 435.810 Regulations; inapplicability where device installed by law enforcement agency.
1. The Administrator may adopt regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 435.750 to 435.820 , inclusive.
2. The provisions of NRS 435.750 to 435.815 , inclusive, do not apply if an electronic communication device is installed by a law enforcement agency and used solely for a legitimate law enforcement purpose.
