NRS 432.130 Unlawful release of data or information; penalty. Any person who willfully releases data or information contained in the Central Registry to unauthorized persons in violation of NRS 392.317 to 392.337 , inclusive, 432.120 or 432B.290 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
