NRS 403.540 Limitations on amount of contract. No contract shall be let in conformity with this chapter exceeding the amount of money in the county road and bridge fund; or, when the cost of work is to be paid out of the county general fund as provided in NRS 403.460 , no contract shall be let exceeding in amount the money in the county general fund.
