NRS 403.040 Meetings; quorum; affirmative vote of majority of members required to take action.
1. The board of county highway commissioners must hold regular meetings monthly on or about the first day of each month.
2. Special meetings may be called by the chair, but no bills may be allowed at special meetings. Every member must be notified of special meetings in ample time to attend.
3. In counties having three county commissioners, two members constitute a quorum, but an affirmative vote of a majority of all the members is required at all times for the passing of any motion. In counties having five county commissioners, three members constitute a quorum, but an affirmative vote of a majority of all the members is required at all times for the passing of any motion.
