NRS 392.790 Prohibition against entities other than State Board requiring submission of report concerning certain literacy requirements. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, no entity other than the State Board may require a public school, the board of trustees of a school district or the governing body of a charter school to report information relating to the provisions of NRS 392.748 to 392.785 , inclusive.
