NRS 392.748 “Subject area of reading” defined. [Effective July 1, 2028.] As used in NRS 392.748 to 392.790 , inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “subject area of reading” includes, without limitation, phonological and phonemic awareness, decoding skills, reading fluency and vocabulary and reading comprehension.
