NRS 391A.475 Establishment of differential pay scale for licensed educational personnel at Title I school with certain vacancy rate.
1. A large school district shall, through negotiations with an employee organization conducted pursuant to NRS 288.150 , establish a differential pay scale for all licensed educational personnel employed at a Title I school which has had a vacancy rate of at least 7 percent for at least 2 consecutive school years.
2. As used in this section, “Title I school” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 385A.040 .
