NRS 391A.385 Professional development training regarding financial literacy to be provided to certain teachers. Each school district and the governing body of a charter school in which pupils are enrolled in any grade of grades 3 to 12, inclusive, shall provide professional development training regarding financial literacy to teachers who teach in a subject area in which instruction in financial literacy is provided. Such professional development training may be provided by the school district or governing body or through an agreement with an institution of higher education or a regional training program for professional development of teachers and administrators.
