NRS 388G.570 Applicability.
1. Except as otherwise provided in this section, the provisions of NRS 388G.510 to 388G.810 , inclusive, apply to each large school district.
2. If any school district that is not a large school district at the beginning of a school year becomes a large school district during the school year, the provisions of NRS 388G.510 to 388G.810 , inclusive, apply to that school district at the beginning of the immediately succeeding school year.
