NRS 388A.5342 Termination of employment upon conviction of certain crimes. The governing body of a charter school shall terminate the employment of any teacher or administrator who is employed by the charter school but is not licensed pursuant to chapter 391 of NRS upon his or her conviction of a:
1. Felony or crime involving moral turpitude;
2. Sex offense pursuant to NRS 200.366 , 200.368 , 201.190 , 201.220 , 201.230 , 201.540 or 201.560 ; or
3. Violation of NRS 201.553 .
