NRS 388A.353 Biennial reports of amounts paid to educational management organizations. On or before November 1 of each even-numbered year, the governing body of each charter school that enters into a contract with an educational management organization shall submit to the sponsor of the charter school a report that includes the amount paid to the educational management organization in the current and immediately preceding fiscal years. On or before November 1 of each even-numbered year, each sponsor of a charter school that enters into a contract with an educational management organization shall submit to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmission to the next regular session of the Legislature a report that includes the amount paid to the educational management organization by the charter school in the current and immediately preceding fiscal years.
