NRS 388A.193 Executive Director: Authorization to pursue other employment or hold other office for profit with approval of Authority. With the approval of the State Public Charter School Authority, the Executive Director may pursue any other business or occupation or hold any other office, including, without limitation, serving as a member on a committee, board or task force of an organization relating to charter schools, serving as a reviewer of applications to form a charter school for organizations other than the State Public Charter School Authority and holding an office of profit, and may accept reimbursement for travel costs relating to such activities.
The Executive Director shall not pursue any other business or occupation or hold any other office of profit without the approval of the State Public Charter School Authority.
