NRS 341.1455 Issuance of permits to private persons by Deputy Administrator of the Public Works - Compliance and Code Enforcement Section. The Deputy Administrator of the Public Works - Compliance and Code Enforcement Section, when acting as building official pursuant to subsection 9 of NRS 341.100 , may issue to a person any permit required pursuant to a building code adopted by the Board for the planning, maintenance and construction of buildings and structures on property of the State or held in trust for any division of the State Government.
