NRS 338.153 Provision requiring persons who provide labor, equipment, materials, supplies or services for public work to comply with all applicable state and local laws. A public body shall include in each contract for a public work a clause requiring each contractor, subcontractor and other person who provides labor, equipment, materials, supplies or services for the public work to comply with the requirements of all applicable state and local laws, including, without limitation, any applicable licensing and registration requirements and requirements for the payment of sales and use taxes on equipment, materials and supplies provided for the public work.
