NRS 328.380 Exchange of lands by County Commissioners and United States authorized (1945).
1. The Board of County Commissioners of White Pine County, Nevada, is hereby authorized to exchange with the United States Department of the Interior those certain lands situate in White Pine County, Nevada, the title of which is vested in White Pine County, described as follows: The N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of section 10, T. 12 N., R. 60 E., and the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of section 33, T. 11 N., R. 62 E., M.D.B. & M., situate in White Pine County, State of Nevada, for those certain lands situate in White Pine County, Nevada, now a part of the public domain, the title of which is vested in the United States of America, which lands are described as follows:
The SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, and the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of section 36, T. 17 N., R. 63 E., M.D.B. & M., situate in White Pine County, State of Nevada.
2. For the purpose of making the exchange of lands referred to in subsection 1, the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to do each and every act as may be necessary and proper to effect such exchange as required to be done under the provisions of section 8 of that certain act known as the Taylor Grazing Act, approved March 28, 1934, and being 8 U.S.C.A. § 3159, including the execution and delivery to the United States of America of a warranty deed to the county-owned lands described in subsection 1.
