NRS 3.415 Time for disposition of cases. To the extent necessary to comply with the requirements of the Federal Government concerning the enforcement of the obligation of support of a child, to avoid jeopardizing the receipt by the Division of Social Services of the Department of Human Services of money from the Federal Government and to avoid subjecting the Division of Social Services to other sanctions by the Federal Government, the disposition of cases to establish an obligation for support of a child must:
1. Be 75 percent completed within 6 months after service of the notice of the proceedings; and
2. Be 90 percent completed within 12 months after the service of the notice of the proceedings.
