NRS 293.269975 Administrator of jail required to submit report of certain information to Secretary of State after certain elections. Not later than 30 days after each primary election, presidential preference primary election, primary city election, general election and general city election, each person who administers a county jail or city jail shall submit in a report to the Secretary of State:
1. An explanation of the process the jail used to comply with the requirements of NRS 293.269971 and 293.269973 for the election; and
2. A summary of each complaint received by the jail from a person detained in the jail relating to registering to vote or voting in the election.
