NRS 286.282 Chief of Budget Division to advise Governor concerning review of System’s policies and performance. The Chief of the Budget Division of the Office of Finance shall advise the Governor in the discharge of the responsibility for reviewing the System’s administrative policies and performance standards under this chapter.
