NRS 279.687 Limitations on use of money set aside for public educational activities, programs and facilities. A school district shall not use any money received pursuant to subsection 6 of NRS 279.676 , paragraph (b),
(c)or
(d)of subsection 1 of NRS 279.685 or NRS 279.6855 to reduce or supplant the amount of any money which the school district would otherwise expend for the purposes described in those provisions.
