NRS 278.8111 Regional plan: Adoption and review; contents. [Effective upon the proclamation by the Governor of this State of the withdrawal by the State of California from the Tahoe Regional Planning Compact or of a finding by the Governor of this State that the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency has become unable to perform its duties or exercise its powers.] The governing body shall adopt a regional plan. After adoption, the planning commission and governing body shall continuously review and maintain the regional plan.
The regional plan must consist of a diagram or diagrams and text or texts setting forth the projects and proposals for implementation of the regional plan, a description of the needs and goals of the region and a statement of the policies, standards and elements of the regional plan.
