NRS 278.794 Terms of office of members of governing body. [Effective until the proclamation by the Governor of this State of the withdrawal by the State of California from the Tahoe Regional Planning Compact or of a finding by the Governor of this State that the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency has become unable to perform its duties or exercise its powers.] The terms of office of the members of the governing body shall coincide with the terms of office of such persons as members of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency.
