NRS 278.0157 “Infrastructure” and “public facilities” defined. “Infrastructure” or “public facilities” means facilities and the structure or network used for the delivery of goods, services and public safety. The term includes, without limitation, communications facilities, facilities for the transmission and distribution of electricity and natural gas, water systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm sewer systems, streets and roads, traffic control systems, sidewalks, parks and trails, recreational facilities, fire, police and flood protection and all related appurtenances, equipment and employee costs.
