NRS 248.370 Cost of publication. When by law any publication is required to be made by any sheriff of any suit, process, notice, order or other paper, the cost of such publication shall, if demanded, be tendered by the party to whom such order, process, notice or other paper was granted before the sheriff shall be compelled to make publication thereof.
