NRS 244.36909 Effect of provisions on right guaranteed by United States Constitution or Nevada Constitution. Nothing in the provisions of NRS 244.36901 to 244.36909 , inclusive, is intended to deprive any owner of a residential multifamily rental property or substandard property any right guaranteed by the United States Constitution or the Nevada Constitution, including, without limitation, the right to due process.
