NRS 244.36903 “ Residential multifamily rental property” defined. “Residential multifamily rental property” means a parcel of land in the unincorporated area of the county which is primarily used for personal, family or household purposes to which is affixed two or more dwelling units for occupancy by tenants on a rental basis.
