NRS 244.196 Applicability.
1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 244.196 to 244.1995 , inclusive, the provisions of chapter 82 of NRS apply to a nonprofit corporation formed pursuant to NRS 244.197 .
2. To the extent that the provisions of NRS 244.196 to 244.1995 , inclusive, conflict with the provisions of chapter 82 of NRS, the provisions of NRS 244.196 to 244.1995 , inclusive, control.
